With Customized Physiques training, you are in email contact with your counselor. You can help your counselor make adjustments to your program immediately! You will be receiving guidance custom tailored to you!





  • Your Custom Program.

  • Pam provides a detailed nutrition and training plan each week for the duration of your program. Included are weekly shopping lists, recipes, monthly training plans, and daily menus. Custom programs can be for those seeking general finess/toning, ranging to competetive bodybuilders seeking contest preparation and subsequent maintenance. This program is accompanied by continual email-based contact with your Customized Physiques counselor. In order to help us customize your program, you fill out an electronic form. Custom programs are available in four week, six week, and twelve week durations.
