• In its second edition, our training journal is specifically designed to help you on your journey toward reaching your fitness goals. The journal contains sections on training, nutrition, and successful maintenance, featuring authors Pam Brown and Ruth Hiatt. With this package, you will receive 1 training journal, and one time priority email contact with a Customized Physiques counselor. The training journal is designed for a 6 week duration. With the use of our training journal and the help of our counselor, you receive superior fitness guidance!
